I bought it to be used in Venezuela and works perfectly. The size is perfect too. I had a chinese S4 replica before and found it too big to carry in your pocket.
Camera is great, very good reception and internet is very fast.

Great little phone. If you like lightweight, won't feel like a brick in your pocket, this is a good choice. The display is gorgeous. Mine was packaged for Saudi Arabia and the Arab Emirates but did have English instructions. Be advised, does not operate on North American LTE bands, but is capable of HSPA & HSPA+ on both AT&T and T-Mobile (at least in the urban area where I live). I get pretty smooth streaming of YouTube videos.
These are 3.5G speeds at best; you can ignore the carrier hype that dubs this 4G. When I ping test it, the actual results look fairly dismal. Never approaches the "theoretical" speeds. (I see a lot of people have the same experience.)
I've used it on both AT&T and T-Mobile networks and it nearly always grabs the higher-quality HSPDA or HSPA+ network when I'm up or downloading data. For voice and text, it's 3G service and that's fine.
I'm having a better experience with TMO network but this depends on regional geography; yours could be different. Go to Samsung website to see the actual frequency bands supported, and then go to carrier sites to see what matches.
